Blocked drains and drain laying
High-pressure jetting that actually clears the line, CCTV cameras that show us why it blocked, and new drainage laid properly the first time.
A plunger gets you through the afternoon. It doesn't get you through the year. If a drain blocks once, it will block again — unless whatever is catching the waste is cleared properly.
We clear lines with high-pressure jetting, then put a camera down the pipe to see what's actually going on: roots in the line, a collapsed section, or years of grease and grit. You see what we see.
We also lay new drains — from a single bathroom connection to stormwater and sewer lines on commercial sites.

If you're seeing any of this, get it looked at
Most expensive plumbing problems started as a small one somebody hoped would go away.
- Water rising in a shower or bath when you flush
- A drain that gurgles or drains slowly
- A bad smell coming from a drain or manhole
- Raw sewage surfacing in the yard
- The same drain blocking every few months
- Several fixtures backing up at the same time
How a blocked drains & drain laying job runs
Same four steps every time, whether it's a stubborn fitting or a full installation.
- 01
Locate it
We find the manhole and work out how far the blockage sits from it.
- 02
Clear it
High-pressure jetting clears the line and removes the build-up on the pipe walls, not just the plug.
- 03
Inspect it
Where it makes sense, the camera goes down the line so you can see the cause.
- 04
Stop the repeat
If the pipe needs repair or replacement, you get a quote and photos of what's wrong.
Blocked drains & drain laying — what people ask
Honest answers, no sales pitch.
Why does my drain keep blocking in the same place?
Usually roots, a dip in the line holding water, or pipe that has collapsed. Clearing it treats the symptom — the camera survey shows whether there's a structural cause worth repairing.
Will jetting damage my pipes?
No, when it's done properly. Pressure and nozzle are matched to the pipe material and age. On very old or fragile lines we'll check first, or use a different method.
Do you do drain work for restaurants and shops?
Yes. Grease lines in commercial kitchens need scheduled clearing, not emergency calling. We can set up a routine so you're not closing for a day when it finally blocks.
