Bathroom renovations & plumbing construction
Bathrooms, kitchens and plumbing renovations — stripped, re-plumbed, tiled and finished by one crew instead of three contractors blaming each other.
Most renovation pain comes from too many trades on site with nobody in charge. We handle the plumbing, drainage and construction work together, so the sequence is planned once and stuck to.
We've completed bathroom renovations for homeowners and larger jobs for schools and institutional buildings — including bathrooms, kitchens, geysers, drains and fire hose reels at St Joseph's Primary School.
You get a written quote with the scope, and a time frame. If something changes underneath once we open up, we tell you before doing the extra work — never afterwards.

- A leak that keeps coming back, needing the wall reopened
- Adding a bathroom or second kitchen to the property
- Buying a place where the plumbing hasn't been touched in decades
- Converting a back room, garage or outbuilding
- A rental or complex unit needing a refresh between tenants

Renovations & construction — what people ask
Honest answers, no sales pitch.
Do you supply the fittings and tiles, or must I buy them?
Either. Many clients like choosing their own tiles and taps, and we install them. If you'd prefer us to supply, we'll price it in the quote.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
It depends on size and what we find behind the tiles. You get a realistic time frame with the quote — and we tell you immediately if the job changes once we've opened it up.
Can you work in an occupied house?
Yes. Most of our renovation work is in homes where people are still living. We plan the water interruptions and keep the site tidy each day.
